Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

TWAdair Art Ships UPS or USPS, upon placing an order I will contact the carrier to get an estimated shipping charge and have everything sent out 5-7 business days from placing the order. 

Any packaging charges will be handed by me but the consumer will be responsible for any shipping charges.

If a request to express shipping is in order, it will be handled the same way, and I will receive a quote from the carrier to get an estimated charge. 

Plaase email me at twadairart@gmail.com upon receiving the artwork so I know it arrived safely.

Cancellations

Any order that is not a Commissioned painting or Digital Download can be canceled prior to the me shipping the work. Please email us at twadairart@gmail.com to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

Returns

 

I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Once you have received the work if you have any interest in returning it, I  recommend keeping it for 7 days and live with it to make sure it is the piece for you, if returning is your final decision, keep reading the process below

You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work. I do not accept returns on Commissioned Work, or Digital Downloads. If you wish to make a return, please email me at twadairart@gmail.com

How to Return Artwork

Here is the process for returning an item:

  1. Contact me by email at twadairart@gmail.com with the following information: your name, contact phone number and details on the return.

  2. Art items are returned to me personally

  3. If the art item arrived to you via UPS, we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label. If the art item arrived to you via a freight carrier, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the art item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. I cannot accept items that have been damaged, or altered. You will receive an email when I receives the returned item(s).

Artwork Damaged in Transit

For all items shipped from TWAdair Art: if your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call me at (417)365-3257 or email at twadairart@gmail.com, digital images of the damages will be inspected and will need to be sent via email. I will arrange to have it picked up if the damage is sufficient enough to constitute a return. If so please retain all of the original packing materials.
